A house that doesn't lack for detail. Ideal to get away in the countryside. Ideal for hiking and relaxing, but at the same time close to towns to visit. We loved it and really enjoyed the peace and quiet, which was what we were looking for. Thank you, Clarissa.

Our stay at Bean House exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos—something that rarely happens, but was such a pleasant surprise. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful, offering a perfect escape, yet it’s conveniently located just 10 minutes from Huércal-Overa, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying total tranquillity and privacy.
The house itself is thoughtfully maintained, with every detail contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home.
A special mention must go to the wonderful hosts. Clarissa was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring about making our stay perfect. Charlie was also always on hand, ready to assist with anything we needed, no matter how small. Their hospitality made a great stay unforgettable.

Comphy, clean, warm (we stayed at Christmas, the coldest in 15 years, extra heaters were kindly provided and the wood burner was laid for our arrival, fire lighters and all) bigger than it looks, fab games room and wonderful beds with fluffy duvets.
Everything worked as it should, plenty of hot water... Perfect.
Great communication and Charlie is a real star. Thanks.

Lovely house in a lovely location! We ‘lived’ here for over three weeks and really enjoyed it. It was sunny most of the time, and we made use of all the terraces, including the BBQ on the patio. From the house, you can enjoy endless walks along the ‘ramblas’, through dry riverbeds, across the tops of the surrounding hills, or through the hills directly behind the house. The countryside is beautiful, and we were lucky enough to find ourselves in a sea of flowers in mid-February. In fact, it had rained a lot before we arrived, and the countryside was getting greener by the day. Wonderful restaurants all around (between 10 and 30 minutes away), beautiful beaches a little further away (40 minutes to Playa de Cocedores), and in the evenings, it’s lovely to snuggle up by the wood-burning stove. All the beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the largest bed is absolutely huge!

Clarissa is a great hostess who takes great care of her guests in advance. Charli is responsible for minor problems on site, who responds quickly and gives very helpful tips.
The house is huge and well stocked. We were there in January and February and felt right at home.
We will be back!

We had a great time at Clarissa's place.
The house is better than described. We felt at home there.
The swimming pool is a real plus.
The accommodation is in a very quiet and peaceful hamlet.
1 hour from the towns of Murcia and Almeria where many activities can be done (rafting, canoeing on the sea, snorkeling).
Big favorites for Playa de Los Cocedores. A real gem just 30 minutes from the property.
Thanks to Clarissa for allowing us to discover this Andalusian region (southeast Spain).
We enjoyed the Mediterranean without all the tourists🤗.

A little piece of heaven in the Spanish hills. Beautiful house full of character and home comforts. We didnt want to leave. Beautiful biking and walking from the house, and Clarissa and Rob were amazing hosts and Nathalie and her hubby checked us in and looked after us brilliantly while we were there. Beautiful day trips to the coast, mountains and monasteries. Sunshine during the day and a snug log burner to relax in front of at night. Just fantastic and thankyou again to Clarissa who was wonderful and so kind
